The Hellenic Water Association (HWA) is a non-profit association. It is the Greek Governing member of IWA (The international Water Association ). The Hellenic Water Association was founded in June 2012. Its principles are its non-political character and non-profit and voluntary operation. Furthermore, HWA aims to act as a think tank, support top-class research and provide high-quality service to society.
