RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Regular Μembers are entitled to:
Reduced costs to participate in events organized by the Hellenic Water AssociationReceive free publications of the HWA and discounts on printed or electronic publications by the AssociationAccess to the collections and library of the HWA as well as to the lists of its membersReceive technical assistance and information from the SecretariatParticipate in permanent working groupsElect and be elected as bodies of the AssociationOrganization members are entitled to:
Designate two employees as regular (individual) members of the HWAReduced costs to participate in events organized by the Hellenic Water AssociationReceive free publications of the HWA and discounts on printed or electronic publications by the AssociationAccess the collections and library of the HWA as well as the lists of its membersReceive technical assistance and information from the SecretariatIn addition, they are entitled to:
Propose candidates who are members of the Permanent Working Groups (among the employees designated as individual members)Act as sponsors for events of the Association according to the current rules and regulations
Honorary Μembers are entitled to:
Exemption from annual membership fees of the Association. Reduced participation fees in events organized by the Hellenic Water AssociationReceive free publications of HWA and discounts on printed or electronic publications by the AssociationAccess to the collections and library of the HWA as well as to the lists of its members
Probationary Members are entitled to:
Reduced costs to participate in events organized by the Hellenic Water Association
Receive free publications of HWA and discounts on printed or electronic publications by the Association
Access to the collections and library of HWA as well as to the lists of its members
All kinds of members are expected to participate actively in the activities of the Hellenic Water Association, to assist in achieving its objectives and to comply with the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. In particular, they have to ensure that they meet their financial obligations to the Association.
